I really admire Bill Murray as an actor and his fun personality. Here and there, I end up reading something about his unexpected appearances in town, surprising the Charlestonians and tourists with his good humor. Here is another news I just read. It certainly made my morning a lot more joyful! Posted: Jun 12, 2014 4:50 AM EDTUpdated: Jun 12, 2014 5:43 AM EDT
Photographer Raheel Gauba of Fia Forever Photography says Murray showed up during a couples' engagement photo shoot downtown in April. Gauba just posted the picture to the Fia Forever Facebook page. He says he was trying to make Ashley Donald and Erik Rogers feel comfortable during the shoot. They suddenly started laughing. It turns out Bill Murray was standing behind Gauba. Murray had his shirt pulled up and was patting his belly. Murray jumped in for a quick shot with the couple. This isn't the first time Murray has made wedding headlines. Video of Murray crashing a bachelor party went viral back in May. Murray offered some sage advice to the groom. http://www.abcnews4.com/story/25757525/bill-murray-pops-in-for-engagement-photo

Although outdoor weddings are amazing they have limitations. Allergies, bugs, and so many other obstacles get in the way of a perfect outdoor wedding. Here are some ideas that will help keep the big day going smoothly & your guests comfortable. Allergy medicine:
Regardless of if you or your fiancé have allergies it’s a good idea to stock on some over-the-counter allergy medication. Then guests with an allergy outbreak will be able to enjoy the wedding instead of be under the weather all day. Dress Code: It is always a good idea to state the dress code on invitations or save the dates but an extra step should be taken for outdoor weddings. Make sure to let guests know if heels will be a problem at the venue. I have seen many people stumble, even fall trying to navigate an outdoor hilly wedding. Although some people may be able to shake it off others may find it humiliating. If heels are not a good idea for the wedding venue, suggest wedges or flats. Programs: Programs turned into fans are one of my favorite things I have seen on Pinterest. Programs are usually discarded after the ceremony but turning them into fans makes them more useful through out the day. Blankets or Heaters: When evening comes the weather can turn from warm and beautiful to chilly and uncomfortable. Instead of guests becoming cold and leaving, rent some heaters (either from the venue or a rental company) and bring along a blankets. Not only will your guests be warm at night but they will be more apt to stay late dancing. It's been four and a half years I moved to Charleston and still feel in love with this place. Its beautiful parks, the sunset at the beach, dinning while watching the boats at the harbor, and the charming downtown. It's not hard to keep romantic spirit in this city! Well deserved nomination!
